Can I make changes to my order?

Before you place your order, you can view the contents and the total amount in your cart. Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified. If you would still like to modify your order, please cancel your order up to an hour after placing it and place a new order. Please write to us using the contact form with details of your order to cancel.

Please note that in certain cases, we may not be able to fulfill your request, such as if your purchase has already been shipped.
