I can't seem to download the MP3 file directly onto my smartphone/tablet. What should I do?

MP3 files must first be downloaded onto your laptop or personal computer and then transferred to external devices, such as your smartphone, tablet, or digital media player, using the appropriate software (e.g., iTunes for Apple devices). If you have attempted to download the MP3 file directly using your smartphone or tablet and need to reactivate the download link, please contact us using the contact form.

If you are using an Apple iPhone, Apple iPad, or Android device, we recommend using the Joseph Prince app to easily access and listen to your purchased sermons without needing to transfer or download the files onto your Apple iOS device.

Do note that if you are accessing sermons via a Gospel Partner subscription, you will not be able to download the sermons outside of the Joseph Prince app.
